This deposit serves as an entrance fee and is fully refundable, regardless of whether you choose to purchase a car or not. What do we charge.

Our brokerage fee is ¥70,000 per vehicle, encompassing the comprehensive car search and bidding process, handling of all necessary paperwork, logistics for importation both in Japan and Canada, and any other relevant details. Let us handle the hard work while you sit back and relax.

Auction fees and transit.

Costs are constantly changing, use this as a rough guide. Feel free to reach out to us for the current rate. 

Auction fees are ¥65,000, transportation from auction to our yard for preparation (Inspection, Exterior & interior cleaning, Basic servicing, Photo service, Parts/accessories support) and to port are ¥68,000 total.

Shipping cost from Japan.

The average cost of shipping and insurance (excluding customs fees) to ports in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand ranges from ¥160,000 to ¥250,000, depending on the size and weight of the car. For a regular-sized vehicle, the cost is typically closer to ¥180,000.

Simultaneous Bidding.

The bidding process is extremely fast-paced, with numerous individuals placing their bids in real-time when a highly sought-after vehicle becomes available. At peak intensity, simultaneous bidding may occur, where several bids are made at the same exact moment. These bids are electronically sorted in a queue, and in rare cases, a bid may exceed the maximum amount you set. Auction houses reserve the right to increase the bid up to JPY 20,000 over your maximum. Although this occurs infrequently, it provides an opportunity to secure the in-demand vehicle that you may have missed otherwise. Although you may pay slightly more than intended, you can be satisfied in knowing that you successfully obtained the ideal vehicle, beating out other bidders.
